No.: 346389 / Chalani No.: 60259936), Om International Human Resources Pvt. Ltd. (Lic. No. 1437/074/075) is recruiting 45 Nepalese male candidates for 33 Bldg. Labourers (1,000 AED / ~NPR 41,610) and 2 House-builders (1,000 AED / ~NPR 41,610) in the UAE, alongside 3 Labourers (1,000 QR / ~NPR 41,930), 3 Masons (1,200 QR / ~NPR 50,316), and 4 Masons (Brick/Plaster) (1,200 QR / ~NPR 50,316) in Qatar. All positions run on a 2-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift, 6-day workweek, overtime, annual leave, and free employer-provided food and accommodation (छ / Yes). Operating under a Free Visa and Free Ticket scheme, hiring employers cover destination medical test fees, employment insurance, two-way airfare, visa fees, visa stamping, and agency service charges (निःशुल्क / Free), while selected candidates cover local pre-medical test costs in Nepal, pre-departure insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and orientation training fee (NPR 700).
