Operating under a Free Visa and Free Ticket scheme, the employer covers destination medical test fees, employment insurance premiums, two-way airfare, visa fees, visa stamping charges, and agency service fees (निःशुल्क / Free), while selected candidates cover local pre-medical test costs in Nepal, pre-departure insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and orientation training fee (NPR 700).
