Under this zero-cost model, all recruitment-related expenses—including passport, photo, medical screening, transportation, food/lodging during final interview, orientation, welfare fund, social security fund, labor approval, air ticket, visa, and agency service fees—are 100% fully borne by the employer, meaning candidates are not required to pay any fees at any stage.
