MTI PRO FACILITIES MANAGEMENT LLC, located in the UAE, has announced job opportunities for Nepalese male workers under pre-approval date 2083/04/18 (L.T. No.: 345959 / Chalani No.: 60259242). All positions offer a basic monthly salary of AED 1,500 (equivalent to approximately NPR 62,175). The open positions include:

Block & Stone Mason: 2 Males
Building Electricians: 3 Males
Cleaner Staff: 4 Males
Gen. Plumber: 2 Males
Labourer / Helpers: 3 Males

All roles require skills/experience in the respective field and feature a 2-year contract operating on an 8-hour workday and 6-day workweek, with overtime facilities available according to company rules. Accommodation and food facilities are provided by the employer, along with annual leave as per company policy.

Regarding costs and expenses, the employer company covers foreign medical expenses in the UAE, employment insurance premiums, two-way airfare, visa fees, visa stamping charges, and agency service charges (free service). Selected candidates are responsible for local pre-medical checkup costs in Nepal, pre-departure insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and orientation training fee (NPR 700).
