Various important information regarding coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in the UAE

There is a request for information regarding all of the following important information issued by the Government of Nepal and the UAE Government in relation to the spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), a pandemic worldwide.

Latest official statistics on Corona infection in the UAE

According to the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention, the total number of people infected with coronavirus in the UAE has reached 5825 by April 16, 2020. The number of deaths due to infection is 35 and has been treated are 1095 people.

Medical consultation by electronic means

In case of suspicion of a coronavirus infection, the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention's webpage can be contacted via Virtual Doctors via https://www.mohap.gov.ae/en/Aboutus/Pages/COVID-19.aspx. Also, if the condition is to go to the hospital, you can contact 80011111.

Psychological counseling

If you need psychological counseling during Quarantine or Isolation you can contact the UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention at telephone number 045192519. The service will be available from 9am to 9pm Sunday to Thursday.

If there are symptoms of coronavirus infection

According to the UAE's Ministry of Health and Prevention, even if there are common symptoms of coronavirus infection no need to worry, if you have not traveled abroad recently, the first treatment may be adopted in the case of a common cold at home. However, if you have recently returned to foreign countries and showed symptoms of coronary virus, health check-ups can be made at the nearest Primary Health Centers by contacting the Ministry of Health and Prevention's Hotline number 80011111, Medical Operations Command Center contact number 8001717 and the Dubai Health Authority contact number 800342.

Regarding regular medication

Those who require regular medication for chronic disease will be able to receive up to 3 months of medication by contacting the hospital where they are checking their home. The email should include your emeritus ID, the name of the physician involved in the treatment, your health status, the name of the medicine and the photo of the medicine.

Regarding UAE Visa Renewal

According to the UAE's Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship, emirates IDs, visitor visas and residential visas that expire on March 1, 2020, will be renewed till the end of 2020. In relation to relief

A program called 'Together We Are Good', run by the Authority of Social Contribution-Ma'an, established by the Department of Community Development in Abu Dhabi, is said to support those suffering from coronavirus epidemic.

Air traffic conditions in Nepal

According to a notification issued by the Government of Nepal on April 8, 2020, Nepal's traffic on all international passenger planes has been closed until mid-April 2020.
