Operating on a 3-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift, 6-day workweek, overtime, annual leave according to company rules, free accommodation (छ / Yes), and candidate-funded food (छैन / No), the hiring employer covers destination medical test fees, foreign employment insurance premiums, two-way airfare, visa fees, and visa stamping charges.
