Operating on a 2-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift, 6-day workweek, overtime, annual leave according to company rules, and free employer-provided food and accommodation (छ / Yes), this recruitment follows a Free Visa and Free Ticket scheme where the hiring employer covers destination medical test fees, foreign employment insurance premiums, two-way airfare, visa fees, visa stamping charges, and agency service fees (निःशुल्क / Free), while selected candidates cover local pre-medical test costs in Nepal, pre-departure term life insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and orientation training fee (NPR 700).
