(aam international) located in Johor, Malaysia, is recruiting 53 Nepalese male candidates for General Worker / Factory Operator positions at a basic monthly salary of 1,700 RM (~NPR 53,304). Candidates must be aged 18–35, possess a minimum qualification of 10th Class pass (SEE/SLC), have basic English proficiency, have at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing/assembly/warehouse environments, be physically fit, and be willing to work shifts, overtime, and weekends/standby as needed. Operating on a 3-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift (48 hours/week), 6-day workweek, overtime, paid annual leave (8 days/year for the first 2 years), employer-provided hostel accommodation, and candidate-funded food, this recruitment is conducted under a strict Ethical & Zero-Cost Model. All recruitment-related costs—including origin and destination medical tests, passport fees, two-way airfare, visa fees, orientation training, insurance premiums, Foreign Employment Welfare Fund (NPR 1,500), Social Security Fund (SSF), and agency service fees—are 100% borne by the employer, meaning candidates pay absolutely zero fees.
