Operating on a 2-year contract with 8-hour shifts (Day/Night rotate), a 6-day workweek, overtime, annual leave (8 days/yr), sick leave (14 days/yr), hospitalization leave (60 days/yr), public holidays (11 days/yr), and free employer-provided food, accommodation, and transport, this hiring operates under a Zero Cost Recruitment scheme. Under this scheme, the employer covers the costs for passport processing, pre-selection medicals, destination medicals, insurance, two-way air tickets, visa fees, visa stamping, orientation fees, welfare fund fees, and agency service charges (निःशुल्क / Free).
