The first group includes Carpenter – 10 positions, salary AED 1,700 (approximately NPR 70,862); Steel Fixer – 10 positions, salary AED 1,500 (approximately NPR 62,526); Crane Operator – 15 positions, salary AED 5,500 (approximately NPR 228,358); Concrete Pump Operator – 2 positions, salary AED 3,000 (approximately NPR 125,010); Fuels Operator – 6 positions, salary AED 3,800 (approximately NPR 158,466); Boom Truck Operator – 6 positions, salary AED 4,000 (approximately NPR 166,080); Portable Water Operator – 6 positions, salary AED 3,700 (approximately NPR 154,286); and Concrete Mixer Worker – 2 positions, salary AED 3,500 (approximately NPR 145,855). The listed employment conditions are 8 hours per day and 6 days per week, with annual leave, food and accommodation facilities according to the employer's rules, and a 2-year contract period.
