The role requires semi-skilled candidates and offers a total monthly salary of 230 JOD (~NPR 49,399), which consists of 130 JOD in cash plus 100 JOD in-kind remuneration. Operating under a 3-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift and a 6-day workweek, the position includes overtime, annual leave facilities, and employer-provided food and accommodation. Under a 100% Zero-Cost Recruitment Scheme, the employer covers all costs—including local pre-medical test expenses in Nepal, destination medical tests in Jordan, pre-departure insurance, foreign employment insurance, two-way air tickets, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), visa fees, visa stamping charges, orientation training fee (NPR 700), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and agency service fees (completely free service).
