The role requires semi-skilled candidates and offers a basic monthly salary of 400 EURO (~NPR 70,555) under a 2-year contract operating on an 8-hour daily shift and a 6-day workweek, with overtime and annual leave facilities according to company rules alongside employer-provided food and accommodation. Under the deployment cost structure, the hiring employer covers foreign medical test expenses in Cyprus, employment insurance premiums, two-way air tickets, and visa fees (free ticket & visa), while selected candidates are responsible for local pre-medical test costs in Nepal, pre-departure insurance, Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), orientation training fee (NPR 700), and a maximum service charge of NPR 10,000.
