The role offers a basic monthly salary of AED 1,100 (~NPR 45,771) under a 2-year contract with an 8-hour daily shift and a 6-day workweek, along with overtime facilities, annual leave according to company rules, and free employer-provided food and accommodation (छ / Yes). Under a Free Visa and Free Ticket scheme, the employer covers destination medical test expenses in the UAE, foreign employment insurance premiums, two-way air tickets, visa fees, visa stamping charges, and agency service fees (completely free service), while selected candidates cover local pre-medical test costs in Nepal, pre-departure term life insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), and orientation training fee (NPR 700).
