The position offers a basic monthly salary of SR 1,800 (~NPR 72,810) on a 2-year contract operating on an 8-hour daily shift and a 6-day workweek, with overtime facilities per company rules alongside employer-provided food and accommodation. Under the expense breakdown, the employer company covers foreign destination medical checkup costs, employment insurance premiums, two-way airfare, visa fees, and visa stamping charges, while selected candidates are responsible for local pre-medical test expenses in Nepal, pre-departure insurance, Social Security Fund (SSF) contribution (NPR 2,516), Foreign Employment Welfare Fund fee (NPR 1,500), orientation training fee (NPR 700), and a maximum service charge of NPR 10,000.
