Zero Cost Recruitment:This recruitment is conducted under a zero-cost recruitment policy. All recruitment-related expenses, including passport, photo, medical screening, transportaton, lodging and food, visa, orientaton, insurance, welfare fund, social security fund, labour approval, air tcket and Titanic’s service charge, will be fully borne by the employer. Candidates are not required to pay any fees at any stage of the recruitment process or after placement.

Important Information:-

1. be between 18 and 45 years of age. Interested applicants are requested to bring at least two photo IDs issued by the Government of Nepal for age verification.
2. Scope / Nature of Job: Factory Worker / Manufacturing advanced PCBs and related electronic technology components - Processing, Assembling, and Handling materials and Parts.

4. one compulsory rest day per week, and total working hours, including overtime will not exceed 60 hours, except in emergencies permitted by law.
5. The employment contract signed in Nepal shall remain unchanged after the worker’s arrival in the destination country, except where amendments are made solely for the worker’s betterment.
6. Applicants are not required to deposit their personal identity documents to Titanic or anyone else unless required by law.
7. Workers have the right to freely associate and bargain collectively, where permitted by law.
8. No deductions will be made from the worker’s salary after placement, except as required by law. 
9. Upon completion of the employment contract, or in case of early termination with adequate notice, return transportation to the worker’s habitual residence, including in-transit lodging, will be provided by the employer.
10. To secure this employment opportunity, applicants or their family members are prohibited from paying any cash or providing valuable items, including gold, jewellery, mobiles, watches, livestock, or gifts, to Titanic Manpower Supplier Pvt. Ltd., its employees, or any other person or organization.
11. If a worker incurs any recruitment-related expenses, Titanic will reimburse the full amount on behalf of the employer, before departure.
