Aakarshan International Pvt. Ltd. is committed to the implementation of Zero Cost Foreign Employment Policy. All expenses related to Employment with Benchmark Electronics (M) Sdn. Bhd. will be paid by Aakarshan in advance on behalf of Benchmark.

*In accordance with Malaysian Labor Law, the maximum weekly working hours shall not exceed 45 hours, with any additional hours considered as overtime.

B. Interview Schedule Details

1. Pre-Screening Orientation Pre-screening is currently underway. Candidates only who participate in the prescreening process may proceed to the final interview.

The final interview is scheduled to take place on 23 March, 2024, at our office premises in Kathmandu.

Note: Kindly ensure you bring a valid passport (with a validity of 24 months) when attending the pre-screening process.

1. Employer commits to a working week of not more than Sixty (60) hours of work, inclusive of normal working hours and voluntary overtime work in accordance with the Malaysian Labor Law and company rules
2. Medical and Accident Insurance: Under the current Foreign Workmen Compensation (insurance) Scheme (FWCMS) and if applicable, the Foreign Worker Health Insurance Scheme or any other insurance scheme as may be adopted by the Government of Malaysia which will be insured by employer.

4. Only candidates who have passed Pre-Screening can attend Final Interview.
5. Nepal Government has a strict requirement that no sub-agent is to be used. Aakarshan does not have any branch office, agent or Mediator. Therefore, no middlemen or intermediary is allowed in our recruitment process. All applicants must bring the following original documents to the Pre-Interview for identity/age verification (i) Nepali Citizenship card (or Existing Passport); (ii) or any other identity card with photo issued by Nepal goverment. Please also bring a photocopy of these documents, and a passport-size photo of yourself (white background).
