Employment Terms and Condition:-

Nature of Job : Factory Worker in Manufacturing sector.

Overtime shall be voluntary.Overtime Payment Calculated as

i) on Normal Days : Salary*1.5

ii) on Sundays/rest days : Salary*2.0

iii) on Public Holidays : Salary*3.0

Rest Day:One day in a week in accordance to labor law in Malaysia.

Public Holiday : Paid Holiday for atleast 13 public holidays in any one year of service in accordance to

labor law in Malaysia.

Annual Leave: 8days for first two years of service.

Sick Leave

i) Without Hospitalization : 14 days sick leave for each year of service for less than 2 years.

ii) Incase of Hospitalization : 60 days sick leave in each calender year.

Medical and Accident Insurance : Under the current Foreign Workmen Compensation (Insurance)

Scheme (FWCMS) and if applicable, the Foreign Workers Health Insurance Scheme or any other

insurance scheme as may be adopted by the Government of Malaysia which will be insured by employer.

Right to freedom of association and collective bargaining will be respected.

Right to freedom of Religion

Right to Freedom of Movement and allowed to repatriate without any Deposits.

Incase of Repatriation and Early Termination,Employer shall bear the cost of Transportation from

Malaysia to Nepal.
