Employment Terms and Condition
- Nature of Job: Goods transport worker and Storage Labor.
- Overtime shall be voluntary.Overtime Payment Calculated as
- Rest Day : One day in a week in accordance to labor law in Malaysia.
- Public Holiday: 18 days - including National and State - Specific (Selangor) holidays
- Annual Leave: 14 working days of annual leave. to Annual Leave on a pro-rated basis, if your length of
contract is less than 1 year.
- Without Hospitalization : 14 days sick leave for each year of service for less than 2 years.
- Medical and Accident Insurance: Under the current Foreign Workmen Compensation (Insurance) Scheme
(FWCMS) and if applicable, the Foreign Workers Health Insurance Scheme or any other insurance scheme
as may be adopted by the Government of Malaysia which will be insured by employer.
- Right to freedom of association and collective bargaining will be respected.
- Right to freedom of Religion
- Right to Freedom of Movement and allowed to repatriate without any Deposits
- Incase of Repatriation : Malaysia to Nepal (to their place of origin) and Early Termination,Employer shall bear
the cost of Transportation from Malaysia to Nepal.
Pre-Selection will be conducted at IMR office premises on 18th, 20th and 21th April, 2025.
Final Interview will be held at IMR Office, Gwarko, Lalitpur on 23th & 24th April 2025.
