Being a process driven organization our work starts from conducting background study and research on LMIA ( Labour Market Impact Assessment ). This is followed by prospecting of right candidates through a defined screening & selection process which includes conducting of EQ & IQ tests, pre selection counselling to understand and map right fitment to job roles.
We work towards a sustainable employ ability model while encouraging employees to take up work skill training based on their own interest and organizational need followed by soft skill training, skill tests to benchmark their abilities and undergo a pre engagement orientation. This helps in creating value for employer as well as employees while reducing attrition and loss of livelihood.
